Strength and Power

We will provide a 3D systematic strength program that addresses the individual demand of each athlete.  This program goes hand in hand with the movement assessment which focuses on preventing injuries, correcting any muscle imbalances, developing core strength, and increasing strength and power output to improve performance.

Movement Assessment

Biomechanic Assessment—gives us an idea of how the body moves in 3D when it comes to (1) flexibility, (2) mobility, and (3) stability. Most athletes have an issue with at least one of the three components, if not all. We address these elements in our program to decrease their risk of injury.

Speed and Agility

Speed, agility, and quickness are some of the most significant, and visible components in game performance at any level.  Improvement in the ability to react quickly, apply significant force rapidly in the appropriate direction, and redirect that force if needed, is the ultimate goal for each athletes.

Performance Assessment

Every athlete has different needs for optimizing their performance. Performance improvement can be related to fitness, strength, speed, balance, agility, etc. or a combination of these abilities.   Performance assessment can change depending on the sport.
